With the Alfresco APS-30PPC, you can easily plate and garnish your dishes with everything you need within reach. The four removable food pans keep your garnishes separated, and the included poly cutting board provides a safe place to chop vegetables or slice meat. The recessed opening allows for a convenient place to store dishes or condiments. Made in the USA from stainless steel, this unit does not include a trash bin, paper towel holder, or tank holder.
